My name is Becky Cogan and I have worked in the Child Care Industry for over 20 years, my career started at Tots and Time Out Nursery in 1999 where I started as a Student and worked my way up to Nursery Manager in 2004, I then had the amazing opportunity in November 2012 to buy Tots and Time Out and then Bright Beginnings August 2015. 

I can honestly say I have never looked back – I LOVE my job and each and every child that comes through our doors is special and unique and it is these little people that make my role so rewarding and worthwhile. 

 

We ensure a home from home feel for all children where they are loved and nurtured in a beautiful environment with lovely equipment and resources and a passionate dedicated team.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my 2 daughters & husband. We enjoy taking our dog for long walks & finding different places to go.

I love going to the gym & keeping fit & spending time with family & friends.

My name is Genna and I have worked at Tots and Time Out since 2005.

When I first started at Tots I was a key worker in the Pre School unit, throughout my time I have become a Supervisor, Junior Deputy manager, Deputy Manager and for the past 4 years have been Manager.

I have been in the childcare sector since I was 17 years old and have loved every minute of my job.

Tots has been my heart and soul for the past 15 years, I love waking up everyday knowing I’m going to be seeing my amazing children and staff. 

Its hard to pin what I love most about my job as there are so many wonderful things that have happened over the years but to go to work knowing you might see a child’s first milestone such as first steps, first words or writing their name for the first time is one of the greatest achievements I think their can be. 

It is a pleasure to work in partnership with parents to make their child’s experience at Tots and Time Out the best it can possibly be.

To me there is no greater job in the world than being the Manger of this wonderful nursery

From a young age I have always loved to travel. When I was 18 I spent the summer in America working at a summer camp for children and adults with special educational needs and disabilities which I loved.

 

In my spare time I enjoy reading and spending time with my family and Friends.
